Protein Breakfast 3 Ways

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Raspberry pudding
    1 scoop BePure Perfect Protein
    1 cup almond milk
    ½ cup raspberries
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  2. Tropical pudding
    1 scoop BePure Perfect Protein
    1 cup almond milk
    ½ cup crushed pineapple
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  3. Tiramisu pudding
    2 tbsp cacao powder
    1 scoop BePure Perfect Protein
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    ½ cup coffee
    ½ cup almond milk
    1 tsp cacao powder
    2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

    Optional Toppings
    Granola
    Raspberries
    Kiwifruit
    Coconut Yoghurt
    Honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients except chia seeds in a jar and whisk or blend well.
  2. Add chia seeds and stir well.
  3. Let the mixture sit until it thickens, preferably overnight or at least for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 3-5 days!
