Suitable to take alongside other medications used for sleep support.

Ages 7+: Take 1x capsule daily with food or without food in the evening or afternoon. Ages 9+: Take 2x capsules daily with food or without food in the evening or afternoon.
Amount per 2 capsules daily serving: Zaffronel® STD Saffron Extract - 30 mg Magnesium as Bisglycinate -  220 mg Additional Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC).
Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Take 2 hours away from prescription medication. If on medication, we recommend checking contraindications with your health professional.
