Children (6–11): Take 1 capsule daily. Take with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adults (ages 12+): Take 2 capsules daily with food (one with breakfast, one with lunch).

Fish oil can thin the blood, therefore if using blood thinning medications such as Warfarin, Aspirin, are prone to hemorrhaging, or if surgery is anticipated, it is advised to consult a healthcare professional before using this product. Always take BePure Three with food. Taking on an empty stomach can result in nausea, which can be relieved by eating. If you experience BePure Three repeating on you (such as ‘fishy burps’), this can indicate low stomach acid levels, often related to low zinc status, or a lack of digestive enzymes. It is recommended to take a zinc support or digestive enzyme support if this occurs. Always read the label and take as directed. Vitamins are supplementary to a balanced diet.
