This is achieved through a delivery system which encapsulates the quercetin molecules with a food grade lecithin.

Each capsule provides: QuerceFit 250mg (equivalent to 100mg quercetin sourced from Styphnolobium japonium (L.) Schott (Flowers) with 150mg phospholipids as sunflower lecithin as a carrier) Other ingredients: Capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica.
